Robert Godwin

MSc, MArborA

Robert Godwin has worked in arboricultural consultancy for over 20 years, covering a broad range of arboricultural activities. Robert began his employment in arboriculture after completing his degree in Landscape Planning and Management at the University of Manchester. Whilst employed as a full-time arboricultural consultant Robert gained a Master’s degree in Arboriculture from the University of Central Lancashire.

As a professional arboricultural surveyor and consultant, his workload has included the management of trees on construction sites, the management of risk from tree failure posed to people and property and the assessment of trees involved in tree-related subsidence damage.

Robert has also acted as Expert Witness at the London County Court on tree-related matters. Robert has been a Professional Member of the Arboricultural Association for many years.
