This project involved surveying a large number of trees located within the existing field site and along adjacent boundaries. The proposed development involved constructing a large residential housing estate, whilst retaining those trees of good quality. An Arboricultural Survey was undertaken and an Arboricultural Impact Assessment highlighted potential conflicts with trees, which were mitigated by producing an Arboricultural Method Statement of tree protection measures.
