Project involved surveying all trees both within the site and the surrounding area. The proposed development site contained several low-quality self-seeded saplings. Several good quality trees were growing on the adjacent public highway and were to be retained throughout the construction phase. An Arboricultural Impact Assessment was produced showing tree removal and tree protection measures for the retained trees.
