An Arboricultural Survey was undertaken to record the location and condition of all the trees within the site and the surrounding area. An Arboricultural Impact Assessment was produced, which highlighted some minor, low impact tree removal was required to enable the construction of the proposed development. A Tree Protection Plan was also drawn up to ensure that construction activity did not affect any of the retained trees.
