New security fencing was proposed around the school grounds, which required construction close to several large boundary trees. An Arboricultural Method Statement was produced to ensure that construction works within the tree root protection areas was undertaken using techniques sympathetic to tree roots. An initial tree survey and Arboricultural Impact Assessment was undertaken to plot the location of the trees and highlight where potential tree issues may arise.
